okay, i'm supposed to give a crap about this because i live in the seattle area, and our SEAHAWKS just won the game tonight and now get to face off with the Pittsburgh Steelers
in 2 weeks.
personally, i could give a rats a** about sports, (sorry Avery,) but this is apparently the first time in...well.. ever we've gone this far. So, naturally, we're going to win and smear those coal mining bastards all over the astro turf.
i'm the type of person that's more interested in why the team's not called the seattle ospreys, since the seahawk doesn't actually exist. after talking with some friends this evening, we decided that it's more than likely a native american name of sorts and a derivative of the osprey, since...well, that's the damned bird on the logo.
so, um... the spirit of winning, and football... and stuff like that:
"yeah, go seahawks... stick it to them... go all the way... er' sumthin!"
