(s'okay....i'll give ya a minute..... )
HEALTHY!! yeah! woot woot! healthy paw for ma' puppers! *sniff* (healthy paw of goodness...>)
the vet visit this evening to see if maddie was going to have to be named 'stump,' or 'trio' for the rest of her life turned up some good news. the swelling is damned near gone, no need for more xrays, and 15 more days of happy pills to ensure we kill every goddamned germ in my sweet lil' pupper's foot so she stays healthy.
thanks to each and every one of you who sent me emails, left me comments, prayed, and just in general sent thoughts of healthy goodness to my bestest 4-legged friend.... she sure needed it and wifee and I are darned happy.I tried to get mr puddins to share in the joy of the moment. after all, he did immediately come up and give madders a big old honking snort in the ear once she came home. not sure if this is a "meoooowr" of joy, tiredness, or just general irritation...
(<--scary maw of nasti-rotten-insideness)
between you and me?, i'm voting for giddy-happiness at having his big sister back in the house and healthy.
besides, who else besides my puppers can walk by a gaping maw like this and jes pretend not to notice? wifee and i are still curled up in balls of sheer terror after witnessessing that! Tail wiggles to all of Maddie's friends!

Yippie! Yes, Mad-dog is super happy.
She's currently flopping around like a fish on her latest bone. Are you sure we have a canine not something out of the water?
Glad to hear that she is well on they way to complete health and healing.
wait, mr. puddins is happy that his big brother? is home? i thought maddie was a girl...
i'm happy to hear our patient is doing well and her paw is back to normal and she gets to keep it!!!

consider it fixed, my dear lil' clogger
Aww Yay! I'm glad she is okay now ^_^
And I hope those happy pills gets rid of the mean germs quickly :D
Be sure to keep us posted on her progress!

How could she be anything but better? Knowing how you have given her all the love, attention, and pet pain relieving crack she had to get better.
As for puddins response, what can you expect from a cat. Madders is considered part of the staff. The huge yawn says,"It's about time you got back. Who do you think was taking over your duties? Not me. Look to Mom and Dad, and they ain't too happy about it."
Glad to know she's on her way to recovery and good health!
