... it's like a whole new world

... inside the internet. yesh, folks... it's true. i do play the game world of warcraft with my wifee. there was a time in our lives when i didn't play games like this, but a year or so ago, i made the misake of listening to lanio's husband, D... and the rest is history.

i played one character religiously since then. wayyyy too many hours at first, and now rarely since i've reached the highest character level in the game. (until an expansion comes out some day in 2007) wifee plays... well... a lot. she loves the game. a lot. not that this is a bad thing, but it is amazing to think what we did together as a couple "back then," versus now. quite often i'll play one of our 3-5 characters that we share to have fun, kick some booty, and more.

i do have to admit, if you come home from a stressful day, it's a blast to basically fire up your character and run around kicking booty. at times though we've played for hours and hours and hours. that alone has lost a lot of it's joy for me. i'm not slamming wifee, my own habits, or other gamers, but it IS amazing to know that some people play these games in the 360 degree virtual world nonstop. incredible if you think about it. maybe a little scary too.

at least one person has actually ASKED me what my character looks like. personally, i think you all jes wanna see more pictures of me... well.. here you go! you asked for it.
